July Schedule
MWRRL race 4 concluded on 30th June, but there's one last chance to join in the fun with the Mob Match on Wednesday 6th July. It's just for fun, not for points and will meet in Welwyn Garden City. ARROWS ONLINE KIT SHOP IS OPEN!!!
The club committee are delighted to announce the launch of a new range of club kit which can be ordered directly from our new supplier, iProsports.

The range of available kit includes club vests and t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, caps, beanies, and a new line in colourful hi-viz t-shirts bearing the club logo.
All kit can be personalised with names or messages on front, back or both – so no more melting your t-shirt trying to iron on wonky letters (or was that just me)?
To celebrate the launch, all current club members are entitled to a £5.00 discount on kit, by applying a code which has been sent to all paid up members. The code is valid until 1st October 2022, and can only be used once.
We look forward to seeing you all sporting the new kit at a club night or event soon! The range can be extended to include other club-branded items, so if there is anything you would like to see included in future, please let a committee member know.
If you would like to see or try on any of the kit samples, please come along to our monthly 5km, Kit and Cake night on 19th July, and speak to our kit secretary, Rowland Hughes.

Sportsshoes.com is very keen that Arrows don't leak this unique Arrows code. Mis-use in the past by other clubs has ultimately resulted in those clubs missing out on future codes.

June Schedule
It's starting to feel a lot like summer at last, with lots of fabulous sunny running weather in the last month.
We launched our new track night venue at KWS with a great turnout and lots of Arrows coming along for the first time. In June we have a slightly revised schedule owing to the Spring Bank Holiday falling on a Thursday - please look out for the UPDATED DATES track night email that was sent separately.
MWRRL has got off to a flying start with two races concluded already. We managed full teams for race 1, but were one short on the ladies on race 2. Please consider giving it a go - you don't have to be fast, just able to complete 10km at any pace.
